Hard to say if this is "Olympic propaganda" or not. It's hard for me to imagine a graffiti team doing this on their own. But what do I know?

Only 2 problems with Beijing

As I see it, the city only has 2 real problems that need to be fixed before the Olympics: pollution & traffic (in that order).

Weekday morning at 6 am, lots of smog and lots of cars:




Sunday at 11:00 am still smoggy, but less traffic:
